Junior Giant Lamb & Rice
- Poultry-free
- XXL croquettes
- Gluten-free formulation
- Gentle on the stomach and intestine
Perfectly tailored for the needs of junior dogs from giant breeds
From the 7th month, the rate of growth gradually slows down. The food must now be customised to the changing protein and energy requirements of the junior dog, especially in the case of giant breeds, to avoid diet-related growth disorders. Happy Dog Junior Giant Lamb & Rice is optimally tailored to the needs of junior giant breed dogs, and ensures harmonious growth at the junior dog stage. It has a lower energy content, and the protein content is also adjusted. The poultry-free formulation of Happy Dog Junior Giant Lamb & Rice, with tasty lamb, highly digestible rice, and valuable New Zealand mussels for the joints, ensures optimal development, even in sensitive dogs. Based on the Happy Dog Natural Life Concept ยฎ, your dog is therefore provided with everything it needs for its entire system. As in the puppy food, linseeds, selected herbs and vitamin C support the digestive tract and the immune system, and unsaturated fatty acids from linseed ensure a shiny coat.
The heart-shaped kibbles have a hole in the centre, but why? Due to this special shape with the hole in the centre, it breaks up more quickly making it especially easy to chew and digest, as the larger surface area allows optimal digestion by the digestive juices in the stomach.
From the 18th month, the dog should gradually be moved on to adult food. Here we can recommend Happy Dog Sensible New Zealand, for example.

As the dog slowly reaches the final weight, their energy requirement will reduce, and the feed amount should be adjusted in line with the feeding guidelines.
